Returns & Refunds
This policy was written by Fancy Puffs using verified information about how our business and this website actually work, together with current Florida and federal published requirements. It has not been reviewed by an attorney. It is written to be accurate and to claim no more than we can support. It is not legal advice, and it does not limit any right you have under law.
In the shop
Please check your purchase before you leave. Where a product is one that can sensibly be inspected or tested at the counter, our staff will help you do that.
If a product turns out to be defective and you identify it while you are still in the store, we will normally replace it.
Once you have left the store with a product, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please raise anything you are unsure about with us before you go.
Nothing in this policy takes away any right you have under Florida or federal law that cannot be waived.
Orders placed online
Online orders are placed and fulfilled through the Fancy Puffs storefront on PortalPuff, our ordering partner, and cancellations and refunds for those orders follow PortalPuff's own return policy. Please read that policy on their site — it is the one that governs your order.
In outline, and for convenience only: before a delivery driver has been assigned, an order may be cancelled subject to PortalPuff's conditions. After a driver has been assigned but before pickup, contact us and we will coordinate the cancellation with the driver. After the driver has collected the order it generally cannot be cancelled, and PortalPuff's policy describes a restocking fee and a support process in the circumstances it sets out. That fee is PortalPuff's charge and not ours.
Age and identification
Orders require a purchaser aged 21 or over with valid government-issued photo identification, and identification is checked when the order is handed over. An order that cannot be completed because identification cannot be verified is handled under PortalPuff's policy.
