Privacy Policy
This policy was written by Fancy Puffs using verified information about how our business and this website actually work, together with current Florida and federal published requirements. It has not been reviewed by an attorney. It is written to be accurate and to claim no more than we can support. It is not legal advice, and it does not limit any right you have under law.
The short version
This website uses Google Analytics to understand how people find and use it. That is the only thing here that collects information about you, and the only third-party service these pages load.
There are no accounts, no forms, no cart and no payments on this site. When you place an order you leave for PortalPuff, and what happens there is governed by PortalPuff's own privacy policy.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4, measurement ID G-BQV1TPRZ26. It loads Google's gtag.js script from googletagmanager.com and sets first-party cookies named _ga and _ga_<stream> under the fancypuffs.com domain.
Google collects automatically: the page you visited, the page that referred you, an approximate location derived from your IP address, your device and browser characteristics, and a randomly generated identifier stored in the _ga cookie.
We ask it to record seven things and nothing else: a page view, and a click on order, phone, directions, a product category, our Google reviews, or the button that skips the animated introduction. Each records the action and a short label for where on the page it happened, such as hero or footer. They carry no name, no phone number, no email address, no free text and no order contents.
We do not send Google any User-ID, any purchase or e-commerce data, any user properties, or any custom dimensions.
Advertising, and turning analytics off
We run no advertising on this site. Google's advertising signals — ad storage, ad personalisation and ad user data — are switched off by default before analytics loads. Analytics storage is on by default.
Google publishes a browser add-on that opts you out of Google Analytics on every site that uses it, at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Browser settings that block cookies or third-party scripts also prevent it.
What this site does not do
No accounts, logins or forms of any kind. No cart, checkout or payment collection. No local storage or session storage. No advertising pixels. No embedded maps — the map is an ordinary link you choose to click. Fonts are served from this site, not from a third party.
If you contact us
If you call or email using the details on this site, we receive whatever you send us — your phone number or email address, for example — and use it only to reply.
Server records
Like any website, the servers that deliver these pages keep ordinary technical records of requests, typically including an IP address, browser type and a timestamp. These are a normal part of operating a website and are not used to build a profile of you.
When you order
Selecting Order Now takes you to the Fancy Puffs storefront on PortalPuff. We do not receive or process, through this website, any of the information you provide there.
According to PortalPuff's published policy, ordering involves collecting your name, contact and delivery details, date of birth and a government-issued ID image for age verification, payment information handled by its payment processor, and order and delivery records. We describe this so you know what to expect. It is PortalPuff's policy, not ours, and you should read it on their site.
Children
This site is intended for adults. The products we sell are for adults 21 and over.
