It has not been reviewed by an attorney. It is written to be accurate and to claim no more than we can support. It is not legal advice, and it does not limit any right you have under law.
Age restriction
Everything we sell is for adults 21 and over. Valid government-issued photo identification is required.
Under Florida law it is unlawful to sell, deliver, barter, furnish or give, directly or indirectly, any tobacco product or nicotine product to a person under 21 years of age, and federal law likewise prohibits the sale of tobacco products to anyone under 21. Florida separately provides that products intended for human ingestion or inhalation that contain hemp extract may not be sold to a person under 21.
Licensing
Fancy Puffs LLC holds a Florida Retail Tobacco Products Dealer permit, number TOB2332798, and holds the licence required to sell hemp products at our store.
Holding a licence permits us to sell in these categories. It is not a statement that any particular product satisfies every applicable requirement.
How orders are placed
Online orders are placed through the Fancy Puffs storefront on PortalPuff, our ordering partner. Age and identity verification, payment, delivery and order support are handled through that platform. Identification is checked again when the order is handed over.
The selection available online is not the same as the selection in our shop. Our ordering partner reviews products and decides which it will carry, and some brands we stock in store cannot be ordered through it.
What we sell
Vapes and nicotine products, glass, hemp products, hookah, rolling supplies and accessories. We do not publish prices or stock levels on this website.
Hemp products
Some products we sell contain hemp extract. What we stock in this category changes with what our suppliers can ship and with the requirements that apply to it.
This website does not describe what these products do, does not give medical, health or dosage advice, and does not state the legal status of any product. The manufacturer's packaging is the source for what a product contains and how it is intended to be used.
