  2. Fancy Puffs offers returns or exchanges for glass and gallery products in the following situations:

  • The wrong item was shipped

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

Please note that all glass and gallery products must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition within 14 days of receiving the item. If the product is returned in used or damaged condition, a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply.
